The place did a good job on cleaning my car, but is in dire need of an upgrade, broken equipment standing everywhere, for the price they ask you would at least expect a more upmarket feel. The manager was very professional.

I'm giving them a 5. The manager is a really nice guy and I got great service. My daughter threw up all over the front seat, it was like a scene from a movie. Needless to say, car needed a valet anyway so no better time to do it I guess. Got it back sparkling clean and smelling fresh again. Happy customer

TERRIBLE staff attitude. Asked if I could leave car for a wash and polish - NO ! no explanation as to why , just a plain "NO" - and I counted three cars waiting. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Really Disappointed... Been a loyal customer for a while now with 3 Different vehicles and this past 2 weeks I took in 2 cars for a "Executive" Mini Valet, and each time I got home as I don't have time to inspect and trust the service, but not anymore it's the second time now my car's not properly cleaned inside and still wiping off dust and my interior is not even treated as promised and no air freshener??? Just washed and vacuumed and shoved aside for R260 later, I can do that at home for free... Really Disappointed...

Bad service and even worse attitude. I Took my vehicle to Powerglaze Car Wash and Valet Centre today as the car wash where I usually go to was closed. Was informed that a wash and dry costs R70.00 which in itself is expensive. I at least expected proper service and agreed to it. 20 minutes later my vehicle was done and I collected it. Upon arriving home I noticed that no effort was made to even wipe the boot lining and went back to question this. I was told that on a wash and dry they do not open doors to clean it on the inside linings. Further to this I discovered that the badge of my vehicle was missing boot. Impossible to prove that it went missing here, but I personally took all my personal items from the boot prior to taking the vehicle in and it was in tact. Now it is gone. Suppose it could have fallen off when sprayed with the high pressure hose. disclaimer will place the onus on myself as owner Never ever again will I visit Powerglaze Car Wash and Valet again, nor my wife or anyone I can influence to avoid them.

I took my car for a mini valet for 130.00. The service was excellent. The manager was on hand all the time and the way he spoke to his staff was commendable. Will take my car back anytime.
