Pink Car Wash - Willobridge

The people are nice, but the cleaning isn't. I did a regular valet. I've been there twice, and this Sunday when I got home I noticed my car was still very smudgy. My car is white, so it's easy to notice. It was like that 4 years ago when I went there the first time too. Like at the hatchback door where there's a lot of finger oil traffic, it almost looks like it wasn't cleaned. But these smudges are everywhere. There was also weird red splatters above my door. A lot of dirty spots where if I wet my finger and rub, it goes away. Interior was cleaned properly. The main problem is, it's in a basement. So though they clean under sharp light, when you pick up your car, you can't see the work quality until you get home.

I made use of the Mini valet service for the first time and left with MASSIVE damage to my car. During the interior cleaning of my car the finish on all four of my door handles was damaged to an unrepairable state. I have made contact with both Managers, Leon and Jacques, and both refused to accept responsibility stating that as it has never happened before it is impossible to ever happen....to which I say, nothing is impossible. You leave your car meaning it will be well taken care of, only to find irrepairable damage done. I hope to warn future clients so that they are aware of the risk and of the fact that should damage be done to your car you will receive no assistance and no correction. Personally, I won't take the risk.

I used this car wash many years ago. During that wash they broke a switch in my car. I've never been there since then. Today I decided to give them another chance. They were very well-staffed and the check in was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, everything went downhil from there. I was told that my car would be finished in 90 minutes. I was happy with this and proceeded to do my shopping and waste time until my car was ready. When I arrived back I looked for my car. I found it in a different parking bay BUT it had not yet been washed! I was not given an answer as to why the car had not yet been washed. There were other clients who had been waiting for more than two and a half hours. I demanded try keys for my car, so the receptionist phoned someone. This supervisor came to the office and looked through the booking sheet as if it was the first time that he had seen this. I had to ask 4 times for my keys before he gave them to me. DO NOT use this place! They unapologetic and don't seem to care about their clients.

Very poor experience... they gave us a time frame of 2.5 hours and when we got there the car still needed another hour! So if you had any plans for your day it would have to be foregone given their lack of time management and ability to give an accurate estimate. Furthermore we received an sms at 2.15 saying the car is ready finally with an added disclaimer saying they close at 3. So basically they inconvenience you and make you late but you have to be on time to pick up your car so as to not inconvenience them. I encourage people to not use their services because trust me you cannot kill almost 4 hours in willowbridge mall there isn't enough stuff to do to waste hours of your day waiting for your car to be washed. That too a basic mini valet!!

Honestly not surprised to see the reviews on this car wash, car is so far from clean it looks like I asked my 8 year old son to wash it for me. They focus so on washing 100 cars a day that it actually amazes me that they still have customers I will def not use them again and warn… everyone on social media about this. And I see kn the reply to everyone almost a automatic reply… Be careful to think your customers are just a number and you dont care about word of mouth!!!

sadly very little attention to detail, did a mini valet and polish. windscreen was not cleaned on the inside, door frames were left dirty. and some dirty spots on the body and behind door handles. but those things i can forgive but what made me sad was they did not clean the dashboard at all, was still very dusty inside.Service: Polishing

Impressed with my first visit to Pink Car Wash for a mini valet. Very professional and trustworthy. My son's missing bank card was found under the seat during the valet and left for me in the centre consol of the car !!

Dont tell me it will take +-2 hours and then we come back after 2 hours my vehicle isn't even washed yet. I dont care how busy you are. Say 3 hours or 4. It would have been easier and much quicker to just wash it myself. Not impressed at all
