They always do a great job. Sometimes they are very busy, so it takes a lot longer, but if you get your car in early, it usually isn't a problem. I have taken my car to a number of other car washes, but none does as good of a job. 4 stars instead of 5 because of price. They are definitely more expensive than any of the other ones. Of course, they are located in the mall's parking garage which probably costs them more to operate. It is also very convenient. Just drop off your car, go shopping, and they send you a text telling you that it is finished. Then you just pick it up whenever you are ready.
Second time we have been back in a long while and we are not happy. They didn't clean the roof properly there was juice from a tree that they didn't even attempt to clean see photos the inside of the vehicle is also still full of crumbs etc. Really not impressed.
I pointed out a failure and the manager was very serious to correct it and I drove away a happy customer. I recommend a quick check before leaving the premises as the staff may miss small things wiping polish off fully after buffing but this is easily corrected and quickly as well.
I've visited twice - once to have industrial fallout removed from my beloved Clio RS, and a second time to have our other car prepared for handover after selling it. They did a great job removing the fallout with a clay bar, and the car came back in exactly the condition I was hoping for. The bill came to around R500. The second time was for the full monty, so valet, seats washed, engine bay cleaned, polished etc. The results were fantastic and the new owner was ecstatic. The manager was kind enough to give me a discount, and the total came to around R700. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible service, Horrible wash, Horrible manners. I've taken my car for the last time ever. I've been collecting special R5 coins for my mother and they took it while cleaning my car. They actually left the old R5 coins and just took the collectable ones. I've lost my car's mat at this place. When I went back to complain about it, the supervisor which was a guy made as if I was crazy and that the mat was never in the car. I will never wash my car at this place ever again.

Not impressed. Here for a second time hoping it would be diffrent. Car is not dried or properly wiped clean after they say they are done and that i need to pay. Being one of the more expensive car washes around i thought it would be done properly and with more professionalism. When asking them to please finish it properly and pointing to the handprints, water and wipe marks left behind, they do it in drips and drabs without showing any remorse or appologizing and do not answer you, they just speak to eachother ignoring the client. Lost my business for good. Car wash outside 4/10 Inside 7/10
Paid almost R500 for a detailed service. Half of the interior was not even vacuumed , cup holders was not wiped out and outside was poorly washed and waxed. Extremely disappointed.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
