I got charged an extra R10 for a carwash even though my vehicle was NOT a 4x4 or an SUV their sign board but a regular DC bakkie, and then had to justify this error to the girl manager. I have been washing my 2 vehicles and filling up with fuel at this caltex garage longer than the new/current owner and previous 2 owners have operated this business. Pathetic response to an error on their part! They even took my loyalty carwash card from me, but hey there are many carwashes and garages to choose from in this area. I see from other dissatisfied patrons listed here and on hello peter that I am not the only one experiencing bad service from this garage.
Worst customer service ever, the petrol attended was rude. Even used vulgar language. Just because I had asked for my tire pressure to be filled up a few seconds later than when she asked me. She said "it was waaay to early for this madness". What annoyed me was the colleagues laughing at her response towards the customer.
Very disappointed in the service @ this Caltex. Second time that we had to wait for petrol and they would attend to the cars that stopped after us. And if you ask the petrol attend why he would just look away. Would rather leave to get petrol from somewhere else.
Always get good service. At the pumps the car wash and the shop.. The shop is well stocked and.you can.get hamburgers and other food. As well as devine coffee etc. There are two ATM s. Situated openly and safely By the way the hamburgers are reasonably priced and delicious. Made freshly.when you order. They also have daily specials.
I absolutely love not only the petrol attendees but the inside staff as well. Always so polite and friendly. Inside they stock some amazing things that an average garage doesn't but that's the biggest part of why they are so unique. I go here about 3 times a week minimum.
Very disappointed in the service. After saying my car is ready, the carpets were still lying on the outside of the car. Various areas were not dried as yet. And then no sorry, let's sort it out. Just too bad for you. Will never waste money on them again.
The car wash service is excellent here! We always have our vehicles washed at a very reasonable price. They are just always very busy and one has to be patient but waiting is worth the while! Keep up the good work Caltex Sunward Park!!!
If you need fuel, refreshments or even food this garage is great. Service is speedy and friendly. The car wash however normally has a long queue depending on the time you go and they don't clean as good as other car washes. Nice and tranquil area for customers to sit and wait while cars are being washed.
Very friendly and efficient
My go to filling station for the past year. The new owners have really put this place back on the map.The petrol attendants are helpful, the car wash is great and the staff inside the shop is really friendly. I know all of them by name and they know me too. They donate R5 from every car wash to the Boksburg SPCA, and run a Diesel downer special on weekends. I started going here for the Seattle coffee, and after the new owners took over the place is great. They recently upgraded the Star shop to include the Grill to go fast food section which is convenient and of good quality.
