Great place for an Outing both afternoon and Evening. Set up was Great. Amazing food 1 issue was that we had sat for 15-20min before out Server attended us & until we called any waiter to assist us but besides that. I love how patient and Accommodating Melody our Waitress was.Food: 4/5
Funny story I don't know my waiters name because I was served by 3 different people but yet the service was still not pleasant. Was fanning flies with my hand until I requested a lamp. There's a lot of gaps where you just sit with no food and no waiter to call for assistance. They are always in a rush . Anyway my son enjoys playing here . So I ordered the waffle as desert its salty . I'm sitting here again waiting to order something to drink for my son 16:44 no waiter in sight I'm writing this live still waiting......16:51.....16:58...17:00 at long last .now we wait fir the juice just juice ...17:15 . We had an awesome Brekkie with a free cuppacino. Breakfast was delicious & the coffee milkshake & latte were just perfect. Our eggs were done to perfection & the restaurant is spaciously set out with a variety of tables to choose from with indoors & outdoor sections and a lovely play area for the kids. The plane in the entrance hall is really interesting and cleverly displayed. We will definitely be back.
FANTASTIC FAMILY VENUE. just with the Cape had a place like this that catered for kids of all ages including the big teens.... Food was great... but the fun that everyone had was even better. Such a brilliant franchise.
We love every time spent in this wonderful place, they have the best play area for the children, my kids have such a great time when we are there. The waiters are very helpful and so patient. Love love our time here. It is a dream for parents with small kids. Kid-friendliness: They have the best play areas, children are supervised, they have make your own pizza options, Tuesdays kids eat for free. Everything is just amazing
We went there almost midday of the last day of the month and it was empty. It's in the evening where you have to either book or wait for a table. Sat on the balcony and we had such a beautiful view of everything below. It was sunny so they opened the umbrella for us. Got a our drinks a few minutes after we ordered them. Last I went the waiter opened the can in front of me and poured the drink for me, I was kind of looking forward to that, but it didn't happen this time. Our food came shortly after, my partner had the Alfredo pasta, and I had 250g of pork ribs with creamed spinach and chips. My partner was quite impressed with the Alfredo, very impressed. My ribs were perfectly done, and saucy. Papachinos staff is really kind, from your reception to when you leave. Washrooms are clean and well kept. So it the whole place. Chairs and table were already clean when we walked to them.
I had a lovely experience. However just a few things. 1. Our waiter was extremely slow, lost, confused we really didnt know what going. 2. Their sushi is terrible. The manager is the sweetest and their meat is wonderful
Great variety makes it difficult to choose. All the menu items are winners. Excellent service, great atmosphere and well prepared lovely food. Go back again and again. A favorite.

Big restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and interesting displays. Friendly staff and excellent food. Menu has many options for all tastes. Great coffee!
