I would highly recommend Nicholas and Gisela. As a first time buyer they put me in touch with a great bond originator who secured a great rate for me. Furthermore the purchase was complete in less than 2 months even though most offices were closed over Dec holidays . They handled the transaction very smoothly !!! Lola was an awesome agent! She knows the local area better than any other real estate agent I met. I found her to be knowlegeable and fair - in no pushy way. Lola took the time to understand what i was looking for - she listened! She was proactive in suggesting things - from inspection, to offer to settlement, Lola communicated exceptionally well. What a pleasure purchasing my new home - Camdons highly recommended!
Lola sold our home within 3 months after it had been with 2 other agents for over a year. She knew which clients to contact and focused on those to close the sale. She was extremely professional and friendly. We referred her to sell other family members homes, which she did within her mandate. I would highly recommend Lola and Camdons to sell your home.
They treated me like a criminal simply for wanting to rent a place despite my record being clean. To this day, they have still not informed me of the reason why my rental application was declined.

I found selling my townhouse through Camdon's a very painless procedure. Gisela and Nicholas were extremely professional, reliable and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend them.
I was called by somebody working here, who had obtained all my details - apparently from the "deeds Office" to find out if I wanted to sell my property. As far as I know this is completely illegal and they should be shut down!
Very helpful. Would definitely Recommend Gavin Gericke for any Property selling or buying he is the best.
