Sandton View Apartments

Sandtonview has been my home for 3 years! Thank you to Stephanie, Michelle and the framework team for everything! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable accommodation close in proximity to sandton! A huge thanks to the friendly maintenance team and security!!! The only con for me was the noise at times. I think this might be due to the hotel. Having said that it’s really not a bad complex!!

If zero stars was an option I would give this place exactly that. I do not recommend staying here, there are a lot of better options in the same price range. Management is very unprofessional for whatever reason they think that the tenants are wall painters. The security and caretaker are very friendly and helpful that is the only good thing about this place. There was a lot of noise at the complex when I stayed there and there were water shortages. The place is near Sandton but by no means in Sandton and is notably close to Alexander. Furthermore, the free wifi never seemed to connect to my devices, maybe other tenants had better luck.

Advertised as a family orientated environment. It's not, the playground and braai area don't make it a family environment. Mint hotel has now infused with the residential area and there's no management of the ins and out, no verification of who's who. There's no noise control, underage kids come in and out of the shared gate, uber traffic and crowd loitering at the entrance. It's disgusting and disappointing. Clearly a lack of property management.

I currently stay here and it is a terrible rental experience. There are constant water outages and electricity cuts. Management allows late parties on the residential side from temporary guests right through the week. There is no space to hang laundry in our personal space at our units and laundry is stolen from the washing lines.. no correspondence from the owners or responses to emails or complaints. It has been a terrible experience throughout. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Expensive for nothing!

The marketing is really good. When you start living here for a month or so you realize the price advertised is R4900 and your bill month-end amounts to R6000+. There's always water shortage which is unhygienic. There are no visitors parking they park outside and the trucks from the warehouse make unbearable noise. Most of the units are empty, the majority of people couldn't take the billing part is inconsistent which affects your budget.

A year in and honestly things could be better!! * Even though your rental is let's say R7500, be prepared with all other extras refuse, water, parking etc to pay in excess of R8600 excl electricity which is prepaid. * There are CONSTANT water & electricity issues. Just yesterday 14th August there was no electricity from around lunch time till this morning 10:00am. Electricity came back, now there is no water! Have you ever?! * If you prefer a more quieter place to live and unwind after a long day, then sadly this is not the place for you. There is CONSTANT noise from tenants, the corridors are very echoey and there's simply just no regard for other tenants living in this complex. * Since there's been the MINT hotel, the entrance is constantly congested with ubers/people hanging around it may aswel be a sorority house which also contributes to noise levels especially from Friday to - Sunday. * There are no air vents in the first phase, so when its cold air the gets trapped inside due to poor air circulation. While i understand that you should air out your apartment from time to time why where air vents not incorporated in the building of phase 1? If there's mold unfortunately you the tenant will be liable. this doesn't seem fair. *Unfortunately this complex is situated near BLC which has large construction vehicles so its very noisy during the week and there's a furniture shop UFO that has trucks also coming and going. Personally not value for money for me & what I'm looking for in a place to live. Lastly the quality of workmanship in the 1st phase is really poor, from the skirting, to walls cracking. Shoddy job honestly.

At first glance it is a pleasant place until you are 3months in. If you signed up for R4900 bachelor you will end up pay R6500- R7000 due to a water bill. The water reading meter is always locked, you are not able to confirm the reading for yourself and there is always water outages in the apartment, at least 3 days a week your water supply will be disturbed. There are are cracks in the wall, steams from the foundation it seems, be rest assured, you will be charged for the cracks in the wall when you vacate the place.

I have been in Sandtonview lifestyle Estate for almost 3 years and just thought I should share my experience thus far. I am very much honoured about the staff and the service I receive when I report an issue. Sandtonview is one of the best places I have stayed in and hence the reason why I have stayed for so many years..I would definitely recommend sandtonview lifestyle Estate to anyone wanting to settle down and if they are family oriented or young professionals ,I give them 5 out of 5 rating...

The place is ok, there is free Wi-Fi, and it's just 5 minutes from the richest square mile in Africa, the only issue is that their bachelor is very small, which is a thing I don't understand because they could've just extended it a bit but yeah. The place is a bit far from "Walking distance" shops or complexes, the nearest place to buy bread is a garage 1 minute away. The taxi rank is like 15 minutes away from the place.

Trash establishment, property managed by Frameworks. Incompetent rude staff, highly do not recommend living here. Just read the reviews and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Wish I could give a ZERO
