Really disappointed to see your bunting on the trees on William Nicol. I can understand piece-jobbers vandalising nature with their signs for tree-felling and painting, they need any income they can get. Not you Firzt! You should know better than to set a precedent that dangling pieces of paper from a tree does anything good for a neighbourhood. It's really unbecoming. Edit: bunting are those colourful triangles on a string that people use to decorate at parties etc. These ones I'm talking about have the Firzt logo...
Limor went out of her way to run our errands and organise contrators to fix things in and around the house with us being abroad in Australia. She took total controll and ran the show as if it was her property for sale . Made good decisions on our behalf, got numerous quotes for things to be done, etc. A lot of this was done in her own time. Limor you did more than normally needed or required. Way more. We have never seen such a kind professsional and passionate person. You are not our agent. You became a real and true friend. I would give 10 stars , but only 5 possible.
I had the pleasure of working with Valerie Berkow-Kaye of FIRZT Realty. I had an incredibly complex situation where I had purchased an apartment off-plan but then needed to relocate at quite short notice and needed to sell the unit prior to being able to occupy it. This required numerous complex interactions between the developer and law firms on both sides. Valerie heard of my plight and without hesitation took on the sale mandate of my unit. She skillfully and efficiently negotiated through the complexities and managed to sell the unit in record time. Throughout this process, Valerie was absolutely incredible. She treated me like I was a family member. She was responsive, courteous, caring and committed. She went well beyond the call of duty including dragging herself out of bed while seriously ill to show the unit to prospective buyers. Even after the sale, she stayed in touch and checked in with me and my family. Valerie was truly our guardian angel and bravo to Firzt for providing such amazing customer service.
When buying property, the agents are there at your beck and call, prepared to even drive to the restaurant you're dining at to get documents signed. But once the deal goes through and they have their commission to get them to answer your calls or e-mails, or even follow-up on the smallest thing - such as giving you your keys on transfer - doesn't happen. During my buying experience, I found the Firzt agents unreliable. Often saying they would get back to me but never did and never in the time they promised... not a great first-time buyer experience!
Came back to me in a record time after my internet form request. Very professional, so far. They sold a house of mine previously that is why I went back to them.
