We just purchased our new home. Tracy from Clockwork properties was amazing. She is such a sweet and patient agent. She kept me in the loop at all times throughout our buying process. She made me feel so special with her caring ways as well as making me understand the process.
Me and my husband recently bought a house with the help of Hayley - agent. We were very happy with how she always kept us in the loop and we never hesitated to text or call about anything as she was always helpful. Our house was lodged in about 2 months of getting bond approval.
Don't rent from this branch. Promises are not kept and then you are accused of being a difficult tenant. I have never been treated this badly by any agency or owner. Messages are ignored and gossiping about you with neighbours. Avoid!
My husband and I purchased our first property through Tracy. As first time buyers we were nervous about the whole process, Tracy was absolutely amazing. We viewed the first house with her which we did not like, she respected our desire and treated us professionally. When we finally found the house that we liked, she was there fully for us to guide us through the process. She was absolutely amazing. She kept us up to date from day one, she answered all our questions kindly. We recommend Tracy because she provided us with exceptional customer service.
Stay away! Their staff are rude and phone you when you've asked to never be contacted. They don't follow the laws of South Africa. Rather go to one of many other ethical, quality real estate agents because this one is terrible.
The property industry in south africa is blood thrirsty in general but at least other competitors are upfront about their total disinterest in your needs. There is an element of dishonesty and scammy vibes when you get treated like royalty all the way up until the agents get their money. Things change rather drastically thereafter
Absolutely shocking service from an estate agent at KW Clockwork - our house was lodged after a year from which we had signed. It was clear his intentions were to help the buyers and no effort was made to speed up the process nor give us correct information on timelines of the process. We ourselves had to follow up with the attorneys daily. Willl not use more recommend their services when we indeed to sell our property or if our friends/family require agency services in the future.
Tracy was our agent and always take the extra mile in helping and solving any problems, she was NEVER late for any appointment. She have very good knowledge in the property business. She is very professional and was hands-on on our deal. We will any time recommend Tracy as your agent. Thanks Tracy for all your support and prompt updates
Great Service, Friendly professional reception. Debbie the agent I dealt with was great knowledgeable and reasonable, helpful and ware that signing up to rent can be a little stressful. The Linksfield Road Location was easy to find and Google maps was accurate.
From the very 1st moment of deciding to sell our house to the very last moments of it being finalised, Tracey Miller made this experience stress free and easy. As 1st time sellers, we had no idea what to expect but if we had to choose someone to help we would choose her over and over. She were very informative and always kept us in the loop, super friendly and such a pleasure to work with! We cannot say thank you enough!!!!
