The Hotel is set on some beautiful grounds. Its a complete contrast from the dry, pale grass in and around the city. The staff are very attentive and responsive. The menu unfortunately did not have enough traditional cuisine options for me. I otherwise enjoyed my stay.
The spa was fabulous. The services was great. The masseuse were excellent. Went for a wedding, and everyone who used the spa was pleased.
Impeccable service with a range of treatments on offer for both men and women. Whether you’re there for just 30mins or a 6hour day visit, the wonderful staff will make you feel relaxed. The spa is beautiful and the staff is ver y professional and friendly!

Highly recommend Charity, the therapist there. Good conversation and knowledgeable. She did my waxing and facial. I did the facial with the fish extract for my wedding. It was not suitable for my skin as I reacted badly around my forehead to it, but thankfully the inflammation went down before my wedding. For their prices, it would have been great to offer something to drink or eat or a product as complimentary. All in all, good experience at the spa. They were flexible and patient with my timing for my waxing and facials as a bride who was so busy with appointments and vendors. Highly recommend Charity and one of the late night receptionist can't remember her name who were willing to wait for me to arrive, even past closing time. They understood how hectic and busy the few days were leading up to the wedding.

I always have the very best time here... Yesterday was the best so far. Khumo Ramosiane, the beauty therapist attending to me was excellent, gentle, respectful and kind. I just love the professionalism, privacy and serenity Camelot offers. I have not found it in other spas in Gaborone. 13 March 2020 Another beautiful experience. Lulu was even better than the previous. She took her time. I was sleeping throughout and didn't want her to stop. Thank you Lulu for making my day the best yeaterday. 15
Star hotel inhouse spa not upto expectation, Ambiance 2-5 , smell 2-5, light 2-5. Professionalism 5/5, They could do lot better.
Loved the ambience...i expected a.glass.of champagne thoufor such prices
