Candy B Flowers

Ordered flowers for valentines day then they phone and ask me if they can deliver it the day before, what's the point of that? Then on valentines day they they don't deliver the flowers in the morning like I requested, instead I have to phone 10 times to finally get to talk to someone. Now the flowers will be delivered at a time when the person might not even be there. Unacceptable service delivery. Will never waist my time and money on them again. Absolutely ruined the day!

Shocking service and delivery! Had to pay cash as machine was broken! Asked for cream and pink roses only. Got orange and purple Geraniums and one cream rose in a tiny basket! False advertising! Disappointed and will never use again! Don't waste your money or time!

I contacted CandyB this morning requesting they send a late friends grieving mother a sympathy bouquet of flowers. Within a few hours of my order, there was a magnificent bouquet of flowers delivered to the address, at least allowing me to honour him and what he meant to me as a friend, by providing his mom with a bouquet of flowers at this devastating time. Well Done Team.. Well Done....

Wow! What a truly amazing all in one store from flowers to hampers to decor pieces. The ladies there are always friendly, helpful and so accommodating. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister and the beautiful bouquet was delivered on the same day - super service! I have ordered from Candy B flowers a few times and I have never been disappointed, they are always willing to go above and beyond! #BestFloristInTown

Very very disappointed with the service I received..for a very special Valentine’s Day gift that was delivered which I was charged for.. no tag on the flowers .. left at the gate with security ..blame was shifted to the security guard.. not even a phone call to me telling me that the flowers was not left at reception but with security.. that would have been the right thing to do ... not me finding out that the person I sent it too got nothing and then few hours later having to drive to you and you treating me like you did your job , but somehow my flowers didn’t get to the person it was intended for becoz you failed to tag the flowers I paid you for . What ever else you tagged is irrelevant.. I paid you for the flowers that was your priority not the chocolates but in actual fact both were your responsibility becoz I asked the lady if I could add chocolates and she happily agreed . Further I am always supporting your shop. In good faith the right to have done when I arrived telling what happened.. was to have given me another bunch .. what exactly would it have cost you ? not push the blame to someone else and in my opinion it is all your fault not the security Guard !!! You have lost a good customer.

Very reliable and such good service We live in New Zealand and have family in waterfall who we send gifts too .I would highly recommend them
