I never just walk pass the shop, I have to go in...the staff are like family...we know them by name. When ever I ask for help there is always a staff member to assist and if they don't have what I am looking for...they will phone one of the other shops and make sure I get it asap. A Pet Store with a Difference  Last weekend i had the privaledge to visit Canine Pet Boutique and Deli in the Eastern Cape, Jbay to be specific.  A Beautiful shop with an amazing variety of products, beautiful displays and friendly staff. I was super spoiled to say the least.  The staff is very enlightened and highly knowledgeable about their products. It is clear that working at the Canine Pet Boutique and Deli is more than just another job, it clearly shows in their passion for pets, professionalism and friendliness. I loved handing out kisses to everyone!  Upon entering the shop.. There is no better way of describing it... We felt like kids entering a toy or candy store! We Literally couldn't wait to enter and were Super exited to browse... Ok me Sniff through the shelves! Mom was pleasantly surprised with the great value on product prices! Lots of Unique Products at this store wich we haven't seen in any of the stores we visited before!  a Beautiful clean, neat, welcoming atmosphere,  with a perfect display of products.. def high on our list of must visit spaces for the pet lovers out there. Plus do you know they have 3 more stores in Port Elizabeth. A One stop shop for all the necessities, the perfect place to stop by and do your Xmas shopping for your much loved furbaby.  This store will def be seeing us again... And again.... And....... Again!   Did i say again...

Friendly service. Wide variety of pet products. Even some products for horses. If you need something for your precious cat or dog. They'll assist.

Pathetic that Senior Management rate their own business 5 in order to push their ratings Lol wonder if they do the same at their other stores.? Definitely won't shop here again!

Small but reasonably well stocked pet shop. Helpful and will try and get whatever you need. Conveniently situated in Fountains mall.
