Rude and sarcastic and you will never make anything from your treasured possessions. Big, big mistake trusting Cannon's with a lifetime of memories. They also lack knowledge of the items they deal with. Their prices are an insult. That said, awesome place to go if you want to buy awesome things someone has cared about and pay for it with bubble gum. If you look at people with high star ratings it's mostly because they got good deals. Sellers not so happy.

We have used Cannons to sell numerous items for us and have always found their helpfulness and service really good. Would highly recommend them.

We didn’t have a great experience selling goods through Cannons. They were OK with auctioning larger general items like household equipment and patio furniture but they were shocking with smaller antique and vintage decorative items. Their inventory system is still manual so they can’t provide any feedback of what has been sold/unsold. They also can’t find items if you decide not to sell and want to collect them. The manner in which they lay out goods is slovenly: sets of furniture and ornaments were sold separately versus more valuable sets. Some more expensive antique and collectors’ items were sold in beer box job lots on the weekly household auction with no detail being given on of what was in the job lot. Other customers were paid for some our goods when our items were mixed up in lots. we were very particular about itimising and sealing all boxes prior to delivery to Cannons Should you decide to sell through Cannons, we recommend that you: • Provide a very detailed list of items delivered; and insist that they do a full inventory and sign off agreeing on what has been delivered - State very clearly in writing what items should be sold on the weekly household auction and what should be sold at the antique auction. • Take clear photos of every single item as well as all Silver markings, hallmarks etc In case of discrepancy; • Place your own reserve on every single item or set You can get a good idea of prices by looking on Facebook Market Place.

I recently bought something, remotely, on auction. The customer service I received both before and after the auction was exceptional. Even though I was a first-time client, they treated me like family. I can highly recommend them.

You want bargains this is the place for you just found them to be a bit expensive re the cost of picking up the items you need to sell from your home suggest you get a quote before you arrange the pick up
