A few years ago I had to have my precious Sally put down at the SPCA, I have never been back till now. I was so pleased with the attention and care my Lab received. From the admin to the Vet and other staff, everyone was absolutely pleasant to deal with. I am happy to be back and would recommend them to all pet owners
My cat Tipsy had skin allergies. Got some professional help... Injection antibiotic and healthy dietry advice about what to feed her. One week later Tipsy is as good as new. No more itchy scratchy Tipsy. Thanks to the awesome staff. You guys rock!!!
We've had such a positive experience adopting our puppy through the SPCA. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The animal behaviourist helped pair us with the perfect puppy for our family. And the follow up care has been amazing. Thank you for the amazing work you all do!
My beautifull girl Chloe moments before being put down due to illness What a sad day for me .. I came ther after 10.00 left 2.39 waiting was very long ..i was given a spot by a lady as she took her dog to a vet ..the lady at reception or the 1 taking our details was very nice and even went to ask the nurse about my dog he then said its not urgent my dog was bleeding so much ..Anyway not blaming anybody Chloe is in a better place .the staff is always looking like they more on tea and lunch then actually working always walking up and down and when you wait so long it can irritate a person. Maybe they should actually try and implememt a pick up system i send emails and noboby replied only on the day i was actually sitting at the Spca ..i had no one to bring Chloe in no transport and needed some assiatance but all the emails was just the same ....you can bring in your dog our time is this and that .sometimes you can think outside of the box aswell .Thanks
Absolutely incredible! They are so helpful and caring to every animal! I found a an injured pigeon and they drove all the way to collect him from my house. Keeping in contact with me through out the day! They are just simply amazing if you consider making a donation it is definitely worth it and going towards a good cause!!!
I adopted the light of my life lunar from this place. The cats are not in cages they in like hotel rooms, this shelter is very good with their animals
The pet care is great, but the admit department needs attention. I waited in line for 10 minutes while one payment was being processed ahead of me. Then I was told to continue waiting as someone from outside was called in ahead of me. After that payment was processed I asked whether I could make my payment, but I was told that she first had to file the documents before she could help me and ignored me further. Eventually, I think the manager came and helped me herself after she noticed that I been waiting patiently, yet have not been attended to even though there was no-one in the queue anymore. This was now about 20 minutes after I went to the payment office. I did not think that this treatment was still happening in our liberated country.
I reached out to the SPCA wildlife line and they couldn't answer my call immediately however i followed their voice-mail directions to send an SMS with details and an inspector showed up not long after to collect the little pigeon. Such a lovely experience and the inspector was so sweet to me and the birdie, I didn't expect such dedication to a pigeon and on new years day! Amazing work you guys.
My wife & I visited SPCA Grassy Park today in the hope of adopting a kitten. Unfortunately there was only one kitten left & was already spoken for. The lady who works there, Azrah, was extremely helpful and friendly & took our details in order to contact us should they get more kittens in. I always bring my pets here .. the staff are tremendous & friendly & very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best care for your pet.
My dog got stabbed in the neck. I took him to the spca in Grassy Park where we got 5 star treatment. The medical fees were a bit expensive for the average person. But the treatment was worth the money and medication and equipment is not cheap so the price is understandable. Keep up the good work spca grassy park. You guys are appreciated by many
