Pelican Park Clinic

The toilets are dirty oh my God!!! You might come back with a dozen of infections honestly a clinic should be clean at all times because that's where we get help from. The nurses are rude and arrogant .My neighbour almost lost her life because of wrong treatment imagine 3 good years!! Not a good clinic to attend to.Honestly a change is needed ASAP!!!

Staff is great I must say .. But kind of delayed, but only because they need to help a ton of people... Which takes time ...

I always get a very bad experience. Receptionist is very rude they have no way of speaking and a very bad attitude this happens everytime I attend the clinic . Even while I sit there and wait for my folder elderly people that's also waiting is sitting and speaking of how rude the receptionist is they have no respect for young or elderly people but expect to be respected .

The sisters the rude got no way of speaking to the people and the don't have a line for older people over 65 to walk in and fetch medication the older people must stand in the long line and wait no.chairs nothing I will never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Waited for a 6 hours and still not helped. No communication ,besides “just wait”. No structure,no system and obviously what they are doing is not working.

My son went for his 2nd vaccination this weekend pass Saturday ,what a terrible experience, staff very unorganized . ..

Very good........ to much community workers on premises.They either don't have phones or they don't know how to answer phones.

no answer at this clinic as well phoned continuously today - terrible service for a clinic not to answer
