Oh my, I know almost all the good reviews here are about the manager, Lee-Anne, but I cannot help but add my compliment too. Lee-Anne and her assistant gave me & my boyfriend outstanding service with an online order problem we had. The matter was so complicated but the two handled it with so much care and they made sure we received what was ours. Thank you so much you two and keep up the good service! Clean store, friendly and professional stuff under incredible leadership, great quality products!
MOST of the staff are not very welcoming....in most branches
I would just like to say thank you to Lee-Ann for her friendly and efficient service. From the time we walked into the store she greeted us with a smile and went out of her way to assist and ensure we got what we were looking for. Good advice and knows the products well.
Really dissapointed by this store as for the past 3 weeks they have not received any stock on the down filled storm wash. When i went in the staff said order online so if it is this easy why does this branch not have stock on their shelves. Dont see the point of buying these jackets anymore if you cant even wash them!
A great shop for all your outdoor equipment whatever you need. All the equipment is of a high quality and that is what you need when you are outdoors. Equipment that you can rely on where ever you are. The staff are very helpfull and friendly when dealing with customers. A shop that must be visited when you want to make outdoors a way of life and enjoy it. A very relaxing atmosphere.
Placed inside a Medium diversely stocked shopping mall. Your basic out-doors store. For clothing, camping gear, stocked with each and every kind of creature comfort away from home. I particularly liked the range of comfort clothing for trekking and hiking. Well suited to purpose and easily breathable for comfort. Good sun protection and functional. The quality of the items here is excellent, and this *does* reflect in the price range. Yes, that’s the downside. Sorry about that.
