My wife bought me a watch on Black Friday for Christmas. When I opened the watch I noticed that the arm for the day of the week has fallen off. We took the watch back but they didn't want to exchange the watch as it was purchased more than 30 days ago. The logic behind the policy doesn't make sense but what can you do. So they have to send the watch in to be repaired. This they can only do on the 15th of Jan 2019 and then it takes up to 6 weeks to be repaired..... WHAT THE F...... If this fault was caused by me I would understand. This is a watch that was not quality expected by the staff and now I have to wait till most likely end of Feb before I can enjoy the lovely present my wife got me. I will never support STERNS again. There are many other jewellery shops with much better logic and customer service.

Phoned on Saturday to see if they do ear piercings, was told yes but the lady isn't there. I went today, Tuesday, and was told the lady is only in at 11.

Poor quality jewelery. I bought a sterling bracelet for my wife. After 2 weeks 3 of the stones fell out. I returned it, took 2 months to "repair". Three weeks later, same 3 stones fell out

Don't respond to website inquiries. Don't answer the phone ever, if it even rings. Wrong number listed on Google, 553 not 533 in the beginning. Found this out on the Sterns website after wasting 10 minutes of my time. All in all Sterns are pretty useless.

Horrible service and rude staff.my wife did a lay-by for a ring and the staff is refusing to refund her.they told her it will mess up their target.absolute nonsense.the only thing they care about if money.Will never be going to that sterns again!!
