We went to exchange a garment, and the manager refused because she said it was worn. Despite our assurances, she refused to exchange an unused item. We will not come back. Follow up: the post was responded to and they promise someone will contact me. But nothing yet. They have the worst customer service ever.
Very well presented store with very friendly staff.
I went to buy a sleeping bag for my daughter. Choose one and instead of telling me they out of stock they begin pack the display one which I didnt agree to purchase. DONT ASSUME I WANT A FILTHY DISPLAY ITEM FOR MY CHILD TO SLEEP IN. At least learn retail etiquette to advise your customer. Why would I want to pay the same price for a touched and display item. How is that right and why can't you offer the courtesy of saying out of stock can we check where we can get you one from. Terrible Service.
Tried to return a Christmas present that was the wrong size... what a drama. Made to feel as if I was trying to rip them off. Will avoid in future.

Bought cordless Volkano earphones here. One of the pair does not work, and boy how difficult to sort this out. Certainly not coming back in hurry, because there is certainly very hurry here
Great range, bought a great item, latest of it's range, did not however have many of the accessories that go with that item. Efforts are being made to assit in sourcing them. All in all, a good shopping experience
Cant walk past that shop without going in! Bought a pair Salomon speed cross 5s. Very happy with them! The salesman knew which shoe was perfect for me. My parents returned something that was broken. They went ahead and took a new one out the box and gave it to them without hesitation!
Very frustrating trying to get help at the shoes today... wanted a pair of Solomons and knew exactly which pair.. Two other customers came and went unassisted. You guys are making it too easy for us to simply find other suppliers online. I complained to the 5 staff at the door having a fat social party but didn't even get acknowledged. Check your security cameras between 11 and 12. You lost 3 sales today...
Rude obnoxious staff, cannot tolerate sarcasm from senior staff. Considering I bought two fenix watches this year and spent a substantial amount of money. Finding another shop that sells salamon shoes. Total Sports, close by, small range but a lot better cheaper.
