Purchased a gift for someone who needed to get 1 size bigger. I gave the person the receipt, however the store refused to change the size, demanding that I the person who purchased the gift , telephonically send pictures of my bank card both sides to the person i bought the gift for so that they can exchange the size???? Why?? We didn't ask for a refund, the recipient of the gift had the receipt, the tag was still on and all we needed was to exchange the size. In the day and age of online scammers, are they really expecting us to telephonically send pictures of both sides of our cards?

Horrible service, unfriendly staff, lackluster clothes. I do not recommend
