Pls what ever you do do not contact Capital Car Hire. I have just wasted my whole day and missed all my appointment for the day. I had a telephonic discussion, agreed and followed it up with an email and still have not received a response. They do not answer their phones. I am literally stranded and have to make my plans from the start. These guys should not be in the customer service business. One star is to much.

I booked a car with Capital Car Hire and enjoyed the ride. The service as excellent and their online platform saves a lot of time. Keep up the good work

The service is not excellent ..you wait for long time b4 they help you..there's no tea or water while u waiting

Capital Car Hire is excellent the vehicles are new and have good comfort they are affordable as well

Poor service 10 salesman using 3 offices we waited for 2:30 to get help  no water no waiting room no tea
