Reopened under new owners, now called "shoe emporium". Not as big a selection in the branded ladies heels like previous shop, but still alot of amazing bargains
I was a bit disappointed as they did not have what I was looking for. They have a good range of shoes however I could not find the shoe size I was looking for, as for shop assistants hell man try help the patrons maybe you will get better ratings. I was in the shop for over an hour the only person I spoke to was the teller. Is this the new norm ?

Largest shoe store I've ever been to. Wide range of shoes to suit every budget accomodating up to shoe size 17. Wow!
If you buy shoes from this place make sure you don't need to return them even when you have not worn them, they tell you that they have a strict company policy that returns need to be done within 14 days but there is no notice anywhere in their shop that advises you of that company policy. When you challenge them they decide that they will return your money but then they use the excuse that the bank does not allow refunds on a debit card, and then they expect you to waste your time and petrol to come back because only the manager who is not there can do an eft.
They have a wide variety of footwear reasonably priced for the whole family.

What a lovely set of employee's they helped our family look for what we needed as soon as we gt to the shop, my cousin was in hype to visit their Liverpool store, so with our bags straight from the airport we arrived here. The staff were very accommodating and gave us excellent service and experience. Thank you to the staff you guys rock
