They were very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know. The staff really cares about customer service. The place is also very neat, tech-savvy & homey.

What amazing service. Yesterday I was in an out at the Capitec Branch in Stoneridge Mall, I was blown away by the professional and dedication to customer service. I went through to open a new bank account there and couldn’t believe that it literally took me just over 10 minutes to be done and ready with my new card, and banking app installed and ready to use on my smart phone. If you are looking for a fast and efficient branch to help you with your banking needs, then this is the branch to stop at! Thank you for the quick service.

I have been here a few times, and every time the service has been excellent. Friendly staff and very professional.

The rate of service is so bad they just closed shop without informing customers on what's happening they should have at least had someone outside checking what people's queries were well before closing so they could help speed up the process in their ability to help thing are tough on everyone in the country right now

Yesterday i went to this branch with my sister,we were helped by a young, skinny coloured lady, very sad and rude lady, she doesn't have a friendly face and she is very impatient, she needs a lot of training in customer service, she was sitting at cubicle 6,i have always used this branch and I've met good staff there, but that girl i think she's angry at the world!!!!!!

The staff here are extremely rude and have no customer service skills at all, horrible experience, I will not be using them ever again.
