Standard Bank - Greenstone

We wear at greenstone standard bank yesterday for service bur no sucksess at there wear only 2 at Clint service to help and to see a consoltant is in possible I have been trying to ger my wife pin for credit card for 6days no sucksess at all and the front desk at the door is pithetic no Clint service will not recommended this bronch at all we are not very

Prudence assisted me and she was lovely and helpful. Center was nice and clean and security guard also greeted me with a firm hand shake and showed me where to go. Good job guys.

I was not a happy bunny . Using the berua de change, can be very time consuming and there is only one lady per shift. Standard Bank cutting staff is not a good thing. You will loose customers like that. The Travelex closed in the mall and I had to use the bank. Two days in a row, which was painfully. Some customers walked out.

My lovely branch. Always the best service. This bunch of people you see in the photo, do their outmost to deliver excellent customer service and they do it so well. I use to hate standard bank because of tye experience of other branch i used to go to, and fell in love again with Standard Bank, because of this team, as they call themselves GREENSTONE FAMILY, Iam happy to always go to this home for my banking needs. You are AMAZING.

Extremely slow and not helpful. About as useful as an home affairs office.

Not one teller available for last 20min.......more and more clients coming in. No one giving feedback on lack of tellers available.....

2 hour wait to collect a card and tellers constantly abandon their work stations.

They have the slowest service out of all branches.they deserve a 0,like this service is so low

Absolutely pathetic service! Been on the holding on the phone for the last 18 minutes and been cut off twice. Trying to cancel a loan which was paid up in full two years ago and I’m still being charged banking fees. Been into Bedford and greenstone branch to try and sort it out and still to this day the account lays open a-curing bank charges. Very very bad standard bank will never recommend your bank to anyone.
