I was absolutely blown away by the most incredible service! On a Saturday afternoon, towards closing time, the lovely Thembani and a gentleman who I'm assuming is the bank manager, patiently waited for and assisted my partner and I. Once the doors closed, they stayed an additional *2 hours* to ensure our application got finalized. These gentleman went above and beyond what I ever would expect and through this, they helped myself and my partner immensely. We felt comfortable, had lovely conversations and were treated with such patience and care. I highly recommend this branch and it's wonderful staff! Thank you so much for this lovely experience.

Friendly and efficient staff. I came in to apply for a new card on Saturday within few minutes I was done. She even helped me with other matters. It felt like I have made an appointment . This branch is small but doing a great job. Am very happy….

Jaimee was so professional and friendly. She assisted me with my problem and went an extra mile by showing me the funeral cover for my family which I need and will discuss with my wife then come back to activate... She did all this with a smile and was patient with me. She is a star.

Id just like to point out the excellent work ethic from one lady that assisted me today. I entered Capitec Fourways crossing today just after 9, the lady that assists at the door must have shot off to handle something quick. There was a lady at the time mopping the floor, I’m assuming she handles the cleaning. She pulled off her glove and without hesitation helped me out even tho it was not her job to do so. I included the time I arrived as I hope someone lets this lady know what she did was valued and that she is valuable.
