In terms of volumes the store is well stocked, but for me the problem is a lack of variety where sizes are concerned. There doesn't seem to be any real worry to ensure that the underwear and other gear is stocked by size, or that all sizes are even represented. Otherwise you get what you see. The shop adheres to Covid-19 hygiene regulations.

Very very very poor service. Staff more interested in telling you to sanitize then to make a sale. We wanted to buy 2 pairs of running shoes but ended up leaving empty handed as staff not willing to help as no one on the floor. Waited 10min for someone to find someone to assist and zip. Walked past 2 more times and still no one on the floor. Won't be going back there anytime soon for sure.

My heroes of the day. Walked in with a faulty item I purchased from Cresta branch and was greeted by a smiling security who showed me where to go with my return. Dealt with friendly counter staff who hurried off to replace my item and informed me that if any issues arise that I am welcomed to come back. Was expecting to leave with a headache and no replacement but instead I was in an out in under 2 min with my replacement and my day made. Thank u to Mr Price Northgate for such friendly and helpful staff, u guys were amazing

Terrible service, no stock in any stores, no one answers the phone anywhere... Placed an order online almost 2 weeks ago and still waiting to receive it... Using a poor delivery service...
