"Our story is one that is informal, engaging and has been trusted since our first store opened in Pietermaritzburg in 1977. We are inspired by Africa, its outdoor pioneers, braai fanatics, bushveld explorers, off road adventurers, memory makers and all those who embrace its diversity - especially the outdoors. We at Trappers value experiences. We loathe fashion, fads & the next best thing. We are motivated by people, travel and time spent together in faraway places or just around the fire at home. A devotion to simplicity and the human spirit that is steadfast in all we do.
