Capitec Bank Key West

Service at the branch was good, was ask why I don't move to Capitec..... Well the after service is KAK...... I was also ask for a debit order day and then Capitec change it to whatever day they feel suit them. Then I am the one that's wrong when the debit order is not paid before I get my salary..... I will pay more because I get better service at my present bank.

I went to open an account there yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Eventhough it was really busy, the line moved quickly and I was helped in a short while. The consultant Tshepiso was so friendly and explained the product really well, giving me a brochure with a comprehensive breakdown of prices. I got a card with my details printed on there and then. She helped me set up my app right after I opened my account. My one gripe was the gentleman at the door handing out tickets. He was rude to me saying only "proof of residence." To which I replied yes, I have it. He sighed and said "let me see it." He seemed to think he worked for the CIA and not a bank, the way he was going over my proof of residence hoping to find who knows what. He was very rude to a customer who asked a simple question, pulling a rude face behind her back as she left, which I thought was unprofessional.

On entering I needed to open an account and certify 2 ID documents . The advisor firstly said my utility bill wouldn't suffice and only after I quired did he realise that it was sufficient . Shortly after he gave me a ticket and sent me to a queue . After waiting for sometime did the teller advise me that they do don't certify documents. Absolutely disappointed and annoyed

I went there yesterday to open an acount but they were offline. Went this morning again they are still offline. So im actually considering to take my business somewhere else. I had cood hope but how can i bank with a bank thats offline? 2 days in a row?
