What a beautiful service I received from Dineo. I even forgot that it's cold outside because of her beautiful service and smile. I am very happy with everything.

I was just assisted by a gentlemen called Sphamandla. I am working in the customer service environment but never have I come across such passion and enthusiasm. He was too brilliant for me to even question anything. Now I have more reason to be party to this bank and be a loyal customer. Retain that man as his service is out of this world.

I really don't understand why capitec never update their website. On the website you have indicated that the bank opens at 8am however we've been told to wait for 9am at Jabulani mall......this is being inconsiderate especially knowing that the country is on lockdown. Capitec really needs to respect our time and remember that we also have things to do, we can't afford to wait at the bank from 7:45 and only be helped two hours later just because they are not willing to pay their stuff overtime

Poor customer service on both branches.

Bad customer service ever. Am using STD Bank I will never switch to Capitec. Their consultants are rude, I want to escalate this or it will never stop.

The guy standing by the ATM is very rude and I don't understand why his there if assisting us it's a problem to him. He must learn to listen to customers.

The consultants are mean and they don't answer you in an appropriate manner

I went there to open an account they were sending me from pilar to post ..but how ever a consultant by the name of Zama Hadebe assisted me kindly , she has a good customer service she manage to calm me down and assisted , thank you lady I wish capitec can hv more consultant like you..i even took their funeral policy which is reasonable explained by zama

Poor service they make you wait outside for an hour before they can even assist you, they are very inconsiderate of other people!!!
