It's a lovely place to have a nice meal and chill and enjoy the drinks , I didn't love their burgers they were very dry and the chips portion was little. Would go there again to taste other meals

We were a family of 10 who ate there on Mothers day. It was most disappointing. Service and information given was not good at all. Must say however the food when we finally received all the correct orders was delicious. No complaints there. We did bring our grievances to the attention of the manager and he apologised.
We visit Cuppuccinos very often and usually the food is very nice but with this visit the food was not up to standard and was very oily. When we mentioned this to one of the management they immediately apologised and took the meals we had off the bill. We need to compliment their management for this. We will definately be back and hopefully this time the food will be up to standard again.
Went to eat Friday 23rd June. The starter that consisted of Squid and Calamari was horrible as the Squid was full of sand. All you were eating was sand. The main course I had was fish Calamari and Squid with stir fry vegetables. The Squid was once again full of sand, the fish tasteless and the vegetables soft and did not look fresh. The whole plate looked grim. When I complained I was told by the kitchen manager that he knows that they do not clean the Squid properly as they have had complaints before. They did not charge me for half the starter and the Squid in the main course but you won't see me again and I won't recommend anyone to you, sorry
Staff are exceptional. Kind, friendly and efficient. Food however was disappointing. Pasta portion was too small and had no flavour. Strawberry cheese cake was awful. No value for money.
Ordered the wood fired tbone. Very tough meat. No flavour, definitely not 500g. Cheese sauce was cold and was not much more than a tablespoon of sauce. I will never pay R169.95 for that very overrated steak. For that price, you can go to proper steak houses and get your money worth with a good quality piece of meat. Nope rather stick with your pizzas which is really very good. But ur grills are not on par with places like bosvelder or godfathers.
been eating here since 2011 and they never let me down yet , great food and atmosphere!! will recommend anyone to this place.
This morning I went to buy a Cappaccino Muffin. When it was presented to me I could already see that it looked rather dough'E. I questioned the waitress ifthe muffin was really a cappaccino muffin and she reassured me that it is. When I arrived home Sat down to a cup of coffee and this muffin....WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. It tasted like a chocolate pastry, with no hints of coffee at all. I thought my son would have it but even he couldn't take it..Yuck! What a waist of R30!
Visited yesterday, had a complaint about my food but manager/waitress sorted out quickly. Food is good.
