Pizza Perfect - Grey Owl Village

Grey Owl Pizza Perfect used to be great but the last 2 visits have resulted in disappointment. Previously I got given the wrong pizza, not at all what I ordered, let it slide. Tonight I order 3 pizzas for my family and get told 35 to 40 minutes, no problem, they are very busy. After an hour I get my pizzas, I get home only able to eat half of my pizza because it's burnt. Come on guys, your service is great and your staff at the counter are impeccable but the last 2 visits have been disappointing.

Due to rushing to knock off, my delivery had missing items. Mistakes happen but the driver confirmed with the restaurant and they STILL did not send it and wanted to replace it the following day.

Totally disorganised! Does not know how to manage expectations. Too busy. Lie about times. After 50 minutes my pizzas were "on the table". After another 30 minutes the were again "on the table". Pizza raw in the centre and burnt at the circumference.

pizza is good if you can get a hold of them.

This place has my number. They have really improved in the last three/four years in terms of service and focus on the customer. My 1st impressions 4 years ago were I am not coming back but the one 2nd chance i gave then, they've used it well. I love their Europa Pizza - always fresh and very tasty.

An hour an 15 min and I still dont have my order. We are encouraged to support these struggling restaurants during lockdown level 4 and yhis is the service we get. Stay clear. Do not order here...their pizzas are good but not worth they wait!!!!

This establishment is the opitamy of poor service. My girlfriend and I had to wait 45 minutes for our pizza's. We were told that it would only take 20 minutes so we waited the 20 minutes and when I returned to collect the pizza's, they were only just being prepared!!! I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes so I left it. I decided I would wait another 20 minutes just because I know how useless the employees are at this establishment. They say 10 minutes but they actually mean 1 hour. While I was outside smoking I saw the lady that had ordered after us walk out with her pizza so I finished my smoke and went to go collect ours. Oh just to notify you I took about 5 minutes to finish smoking. So to me it's general knowledge if I ordered first my order would be ready first, right? Wrong! Not at this useless establishment. I still had to wait as ours were only just about ready to come out the oven. Oh and just to inform you we had our 4 month old son in the car with us and only decided to order the pizza because we were told it would take 20 minutes!!! Oh and the pizza's definitely weren't worth the 45 minute wait! My girlfriends pizza had a very sour taste to it. This is the last time I ever waste my money at this establishment and I would not recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy disappointment along with frustration.

Usually excellent. Ordered through Uber eats and there was over an hour delay due to weather which is understandable however the pizza wasn't even warmed up before it was sent through. Extremely disappointing and dissatisfying.

Great service great delivery. Order arrived earlier than estimated and was piping hot and 100% correct although we had ordered replacement of some toppings ... first time we had ordered a delivery as no one else delivers in our area Randjesfontein ... so impressed will be using this service again and again. We run a B and B and guests often ask us to recommend .. will have no hesitation in recommending this outlet.

Took double the time to deliver the pizza. Driver got lost, then not contactable. Will never order again. Cold pizzas. Poor aervice
