Very poor service . No telephone etiquette. Please train sales team .

i called them this morning and spoke to bobby.he gave me a price without vat.i asked for the price including vat.he said to me vat is 15% and i should work it out.who gives prices without vat.are these people for real.they spoilt my friday morning and my weekend.hopeless service.don't deal with CAPRICORN PARTS AND BOBBY.

Extremely poor service received. I've ordered a new radiator cradle. Turned out to be the wrong item. The company refused to refund my money. Yet they had all the proof of purchase on their system. Disappointing!!!

The staff's selflessness left one satisfied, they do not beat around the bush and will give you alternatives should they not be able to assist themselves.
