Car Care Clinic Northriding

Took my NP200 in August 2022..problem was sorted, but I was informed tappets are noisy.. I agreed to having these set at a cost of R1200. On collecting my bakkie I complained of the noisy tappets.. I was told to bring it back.. on four occasions I went back.. each time the manager was in a meeting or had "nipped out".. I took my bakkie to another workshop.. I definitely would not recommend these guys...

There were able to resolve an mystery issue 3 other mechanics could not resolve.

One of my lights needed replacement and Dirk from Care Care Clinic gave us fantastic service. Replacing the bulb in about 10 minutes and not charging us for the labour. Fantastic service will definately use them again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My brake lights weren't working and didn't know whether to replace the bulbs or check the wiring, so I took a short drive to the Car Care Clinic and didn't take them more than 5 seconds to diagnose what was wrong, I got offered to have my bulbs replaced for FREE which then got done IN AN INSTANT!! Reliable service. I can refer someone to Car Care Clinic Northriding. I sent in my car last year November 2020. I had a problem with my engine top, turbo charge, overhead, overheating. My reason for five star is that since then, my car never gave me a problem. Staff from the time I called them they were welcoming me, when brought in the car, they made me have a peace of mind. My Ford Focus St3 is running smoothly and I feel at ease since.

Went for a major service only for the car to make noises it never did before taking it in. They told me my brakes needed replacing after I had it on for only 5 months. Cars brakes have started squealing today and took off my tyre to check the brake disc and it's completely flat. What a mess using them. I will never use the Northriding branch or recommend using them to anyone. R4000 down the drain and car is worse off. Now I will need to spend even more money fixing it for real this time. Impeccable customer care. The staff were very friendly and very generous with their help. They checked what was wrong with my car and very quickly assisted to resolve the problems quickly and effectively. The quality and effort put into the work they did was just outstanding, but the biggest reason for my 5 star rating is the staff. They are truly amazing people, the made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped into the door and was upfront and honest with me from the start. Both professionally and ethically speaking, these are the kinds of people I would suggest you work with.
