Fantastic service. Genuine Volvo parts used, so definitely have the peace of mind of OEM parts as well as a 1 year service.
These guys are amazing. They brought our car back from the dead! Great people, and fair pricing and they communicate well.
They gave excellent and timely service when repairing my XC60. Even collected and dropped off my vehicle when I could not. Highly recommended.
The store is well known to be over-priced for their services to all Volvos. What they however do is drill down to the problem and solve it. This service however comes at a cost. In our instance the engine mountings as well as the gearbox mountings were assumed to be the problems, fixed, and they were proven to be right. In some way however 2 of the car mats were torn by some over-enthusiastic employees. The shop adheres to Covid-19 hygiene regulations. At a price they do seem to be the best alternative to a Volvo dealership, so worth the visit.
