Warren is rude and when it comes to the guarantee please ensure you get it in writing as " my word is my bond" as he put it means nothing. He told us if anything goes wrong just give us a call we will sort it out. When we did call him and he was questioned about some Woodrot after being assured there is none on the van his response is what do you expect from a van that is 21years old. He eventually put the schocks on the roof which was faulty from day one. Being new campers we did not know that when you lift the roof it should go smoothly and not with brutal force as we had to do.As he put it to my husband , sir you complained from day one . "So so much for if anything goes wrong we will sort it out." Just make sure you get the guarantee in writing.
I was given a quote, which I accepted, for them to clean and waterproof our Regal's tent. As we live permanently in the caravan, it was agreed that they would collect the tent early on a Monday and return it the following afternoon and we booked a chalet to stay in on the Monday night. We spent the Sunday packing everything into the bakkie and caravan and early on the Monday we took down the tent and then... nothing. Warren never even bothered to answer my calls and eventually we gave up and pitched the tent. Warren never answered my calls or phoned me.
These guys speak with authority based on years of experience and delivered a very satisfactory repair of woodrot plus reseal and service at half the rate of the 'official' caravan francise. Thanks Jason.
