Worst service I got. The request was flowers and Chocolates to be delivered Friday at 14:00, not only did she deliver them late at 16:00 she forgot to include the chocolates. And all this info I found out after I asked her, she didn't take the time to give me feedback the whole time. She only delivered them on Monday and still no feedback or sincere apology. I personally think it is a colour thing, had I been white, she would have gone out of her way to rectify her mistake or at least apologize for it!!!
I'm going to recommend Carmen Florist to all my friends and family. The flowers were beautiful and arranged extremely nice. They are simply awesome. I will be using them again for Mothers day and for other events.
