A horrible, horrible experience! Ordered flowers from Faith, who then took leave and did not leave proper instructions. Ended up with the wrong colour flowers for my wedding. Owner very unhelpful, refusing to take responsibility for the mixup. If my order is taken on behalf of your shop, it is your problem.

My wife phoned to follow up on flowers she had ordered. The employee was not in the slightest interested as another employee had originally taken the order a week before. This, the original employee, was now “on unapproved leave” and nobody had any idea what she had agreed to arrange for my wife. Worse, the whole organization, from the boss down, acted as though the original employee I have her name was somehow acting on her own and whatever she had promised my wife had nothing to do with the actual company. We will never again visit your dingy and unsafe premises owner wears no mask with your pathetic service again. Not to mention the battle-scarred neighbourhood.
