A big shout out to Chris, I posted a message earlier this month regarding the service of the BMW X3. Chris responded the very next day requesting that I bring in the vehicle to rectify the problem I experienced. Today Chris had the vehicle sorted and all concerns were addressed. Chris is a man of his word, thank you for going the extra mile to have the matter rectified. Took my son’s BMW X3 in for a service in November 2022 on a Saturday. Poor service, rushed job on the day. The windscreen pump was not replaced as requested. The front control arms was rattling after the so called service. When I took the vehicle back it was making a noise, I asked them to investigate. They said the will attend to it, sounding worse now. What worried me more when the owner confronted the mechanics it seemed that these arms were not properly fastened. There was also a bump noise, Carnetics diagnosed that it was the prop shaft coupling that need to replaced and that it was the cause of the second noise. It was replaced but it is now sounding worse. Could not use the vehicle during December. Have to take it another workshop this week to have it diagnosed and fixed properly. My own BMW X1 was taken in for a service and brakes attended to. The brakes are screeching, something that never happened before. The wiper blades they replaced is making a heck of a noise when used - poor service. My wife’s Audi A1 was also serviced here in 2022, the petrol vehicle now sounds like a diesel. Will not service the 4 vehicles we used to service at this workshop anymore. Very disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best car service centre I've been to including the dealerships. Very knowledgeable staff, very thorough and professional. As someone who's always expecting the mechanic to rip me off, I have actually grown to trust these guys. They've managed to get my miss-firing engine back to life, good as new, without costing my entire month's salary.
Honestly the only mechanic shop I have ever let myself trust and again and again they prove that trust is well placed ! thank you Carnetics
Did not feel like the people want to assist me. They made a point of it to tell me how busy they are, made me wait and in the end did not even assist me.
