Attention, buyers, beware! Stay Away from Moot street branch. Recently, my VW car encountered a problem as it refused to start. To identify the issue, my son and I decided to conduct a troubleshooting session using his VW vehicle. Through a systematic process of elimination, we determined that the culprit behind the non-starting issue was the computer module. In an attempt to resolve the problem, we purchased a replacement module from Fazels located in Moot Street. However, upon installing it in my vehicle, the new module failed to work. To ensure thoroughness, we also tested the module in my son's vehicle, but unfortunately, it still did not function as intended. Surprisingly, when we reached out to Fazels Moot about the issue, they claimed that the problem lies with us and not with the module they provided. This situation has left us feeling concerned and frustrated. As customers, we expected a functional replacement, and the store's response has left us questioning their accountability. In light of this experience, I felt it necessary to share this cautionary tale with other potential buyers. It's crucial to be vigilant and informed when making purchases, especially when dealing with essential components like a computer module for your vehicle. Always seek out reliable and reputable sources, and be aware of how stores handle customer complaints and support. Update: I spoke to Fazel himself and I would suggest that people only buy from him until he resolves his branch issues.

Fazel sells all kinds of car parts, Engine Oi, gear box oil, Brake Fluid, and so on...
Poor service. First I phone Moot street branch where they keep dropping the phone. Then I phone Pta west branch in hope for service. And they are too busy to help with telephone qoutes. I am sure in the current economic climate you can afford to lose more customers. I will take my business somewhere else where they help with qoutes first.Service: Vehicle maintenance
