Waitress awesome and friendly. The biggest disappointment was the refusal by the manager to put on the commentary for SA vs Argentina. Loud music overshadowed the occasion and possible great atmosphere with the amount of patrons watching. Will not ever dine there again. Goldreef had a better setup for the match but we thought we would support Brus. Sad but will go else where considering we supported Brus before

The waitress was awesome but the manager Andrew on heritage day refused to put on the commentary for the bokke vs puma match which was a disappointment as majority were there to dine amd watch the match. Won't be dining there again

I can confidently say that last night will be the first and LAST TIME I will ever set foot in your establishment. My friends and I were absolutely shocked at the service we received, or lack there of. Customer service is a huge problem, waiters and barman have absolutely no idea what customer service is, and fall extremely short in the mannors department. To sum up my experience, absolutely disgusted. Leave bru's as your last choice for a night out.

I honestly should have read the reviews before I decided to treat my girlfriend and I to a different establishment to our regular places. It took us close to an hour just to find a barman to assist with drinks. Music seemed to be played for a selected few on the top floor. We ordered food worth R185 and the portions were just ridiculously small for that price. My "lamb chop" looked like it came from a lamb foetus whilst the so called mushroom sauce was watery and absolutely tasteless. No condiments were provided. To wrap it up, I regret the R395 spent there and I will never ever set foot in that place again. It ought be closed down cause WOW!

Service is very bad or thy are under stuff Been here for over 40 min no of the waiters want to assist

I am so disappointed with this place speak so highly about. We had to wait for our food for hours and even after that it's not like we were satisfied, the music was literally the only thing good about our time there. The waitress serving us never paid attention to us whatsoever, hours to get food in and hours to take the utensils from our table, for a restaurant placed in such a place of reputation, I must say I am disappointed! Just to add on that the alcohol menu sucks with skyhigh prices .

The worst experience I've ever had. The service was extremely slow. The bar tender wa rude and didn't seem very happy to be serving us. We ordered shots and we asked for a tray to place the shots in. He told us to carry the shots in our hands. So we spiiled them on our way to our seats. Definitely not going back there again.

The place is nice. Setup is perfect for sports and hanging out, but the service is terrible. It's nonexistent actually. We politely asked one of the waitresses when we finally found one to take our order. She wasn't interested, reluctantly told us she'll be back. She went and stood by the corner by the bathrooms, leaned against the pillar and forgot about us. We had to hustle for another waitress, also with no manners but at least took our order. Get the service right, then the place would get perfect reviews.

My husband and I went to Brus on Saturday the 30th of July 2022 and I must say that I have never ever felt so disrespected in my life,I have never made to feel so small and that maybe the money we would have used to pay had no value.one of the bar ladies/waitress Judygave us an attitude and told us wher to get off just for asking for service and the manager sello totally ignored us after promising to allocate a waiter or waitress for us When we went to the bar to ask what was their delay .he pretended as if he couldn't hear us speak to him and gave us a dirty look.today is Monday and m still shocked at the service we received I can't believe we sat for a whole hour to tolerate such nonsense.a lot of customers are complaining about the service at Brus and I have added to those complains as well,this means that nothing is been done to improve customer service and that top management is happy with the staff and service they rendering to their customers.tgey all need to go for customer service training

Very poor customer service I had to wait a whole 2 hours for food and when it came the food was very dry with zero taste, I had to hunt for the waiter for another extra 20min to get catchup. When closing the security told us we can't leave the premises with alcohol but at very same time the bar manager couldn't refund the alcohol
