Wiw simply spectacular. Extremely busy  during public holidays and over weekends. Great for the whole family. The Christmas Village was free. Kids love the experience. Dining areas for fast foods was busy. The outdoor games and rides were great fun for the kids. The arcade games, areas were buzzing with activities, everyone trying their luck to get as much tickets to swap for gifts. The casino demarcated areas were busy. There is also a smoke free and smoke designated areas. Great food for sit in dining as well as take fast for those on the good.

Be aware there is no control over smokers vs non smoking. There is cigarette smoke everywhere.When you inform the useless staff they laugh at you. Will make it my mission to ensure the health department pays a visit and i will stop at no cost to spare. My wife had an asthma attack because of this so also considering legal action.

I was there with a lady and an incident happened where a man ran into her resulting in a leg injury. I had to organise a wheelchair from the door security which he was eager and helped us with the chair. But the security manager refused to take any of my calls after i left numerous messages requesting surveillance footage to assist us with this case. As the person who hurt her was running in the passage way and left the scene. Like a hit and run incident. I feel its very poor not to be safe in a public space. Or even to be ignored after so many calls.

Best experience ever... it's kid friendly, I loved the fact that I could bring my whole family. I went 3 times in December already

It was easy to get in and to get out. Had plenty of parking available. Was in the big top arena, well ventilated and very good temperature control.

I did not enjoy Skhumbas show due to a power outage that happened for over 20 to 30 minutes and then when he came back on he did not make for lost time he ended the show at 11pm as planned which was a huge let down, the queues for buying snacks and drinks was also ridiculous and the guys at the bar seemed confused. Kindly improve on adding for POS systems and more bartenders.

I enjoy taking the kids here. They have some amazing restaurants and lots of stuff for the kids to do. Definitely worth a visit.

Staff were awesome and helpful. We took a few pics of us and a rude security asked we delete every pic. Signs should be posted for no pics. As we were out of town visitors and wanting to capture the stay

Spur do not provide for  other people except for African people. Very very loud African music wich no one else can understand. Some of the waiters that serve you bring you orders wrong.

So much to do and enjoy. From the music or comedy shows hosted at the big top arena, to movies, restaurants and games for all
