My first time at this Spur since moving to PE. Why didn't I know about this Spur sooner?? Absolutely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff from the minute we were ushered to our table, until we left. The food was phenomenal!!! Our waitress checked on us enough times not bombarding to make sure we enjoying the experience. Hands down a 5! You guys rock!
I would like to take the time to share that I have experience the best service at Spur Greenacres not only was the service top notch the but staff and management was very good hearted. If the waiter is still working there she might remember me, I am a short colored female. I was there last year some time on a Sunday morning taking the kids out for a waffle , ice cream and to enjoy the playground. I had an 8year old boy, 5year old girl and 1year old baby girl with me. The waiter probably noticed that I did not have any money to buy myself something to eat as she was very concerned, as she checked up on me regularly and later came to me with a bucket of fried chips with compliments from the manager. I was so surprised and felt bit shy about it as I was extremely hungry at that stage but did not have money to buy myself anything as the idea was to treat the kids with the little i had with me. I salute you for this kind of service and care towards your customers. May God bless you abundantly and keep up with the good you do for people.
It's fantastic. The staff is friendly. Waiters know their job. The place is clean and cool. All is well. Their food is out of this world. You can dine in, do online, delivery is guaranteed. Safe and sound!!! I recommend their unreal breakfast its affordable R42 before 11am in the morning make your way there please. Their waffles are deserts are out of this world. I highly recommend Spur!!!
You can never go wrong with spur besides difficulty in catering milk for lactose intolerant people me included Vegetarian options: Not sure as I love my meat Kid-friendliness: Definitely Wheelchair accessibility: Not certain Dietary restrictions: None

Great service even if it is a busy pay day. The staff are friendly, quick and efficient. The restaurant follows COVID-19 protocol, ensuring proper spacing between tables. There is a slight waiting cue that forms but the wait is not long.
The food is great...awesome........just that the waiters sometimes don't take note of small details.... Kid-friendliness: Very nice facility....my kid played most of the time.
Service from delivery of food to having to find our waitron for the bill was lacking. By the time my food arrived, my sister's food was cold. Table only cleared once we left. **** Need to add a notation to above stars to Ops Manager to JJ in contacting us in connection with our review. Thank you JJ.

Very poor service on this Spur or maybe the waitron didn't pay attention on she is doing, ordered veggies as a side and my partner ordered fries and onion rings them boom she brings 2 dishes of veggies and she insists that we both ordered veggies as a side while my partner doesn't even like veggies and then their hake that is supposedly to be boneless comes out with bones the least to say about their so called 300g sirloin,the better it looked more like a 150g,pity I didn't bring a scale to confirm the approximate so called weight. I changed my 1 star to 5 star because the service is superb these days,o hope they maintaine that momentum
