WOW!! What a find!! Best Customer Service EVER! From the first phone call to Carpet City requesting a quote, I was amazed at the incredible service I received. Quote was sent through within an hour and I was amazed at the price. I was able to carpet two rooms instead of 1. Ainsley was just amazing ... he gave me a day and time for installation and the guys were even here a bit early. They were so hard working and did an incredible job in under 2 hours . They cleaned up beautifully after they finished. I can’t recommend Carpet City enough and will never go anywhere else ever again. I even sent a couple of pieces back for edging which were couriered back to me and Ainsley called to make sure I received them ok! Thank you Carpet City and Ainsley...YOU ROCK!

I had a great experience, arrived a few minutes before closing but the staff was patient and took the time to take me through the options. It was not easy to decide so I took a carpet home but could bring it back with no issues. I found the perfect quality carpet at the perfect price and definitely coming back for more!
