Manuel is the biggest crook. We came to view one of his properties yesterday and agreed on deposits. We are a cash client and asked that he allow us to pay rent 6 months ahead. He agreed and wrote all the deposit amounts & calculations. We called him later that evening to confirm that we'd make payments first thing in the morning & Indeed we did. After making the transaction at the bank this morning, we drove to collect keys and sign lease agreements. When we arrived - he had a different story. We are so hurt because we were so prepared to move in and made sacrifices to be able to make this deposit. We hope nobody gets to experience the disrespect we got from him. The disregard. The inhumanity. When I started crying because my mom is old and I was hurt that she had to experience such - he refused to open the gate for us. I really cannot believe there are people his age who are such crooks. But God is watching. Tread lightly when considering staying at any of his properties!!!
Owner is extremely rude. Speaks to you like dirt and is arrogant and abrasive. Will never ever send my staff or anyone I know to stay there at any time in the future. Absolute disappointment. This guest house in the south of joburg is good value for money. Nice spacious rooms, with comfortable beds. Rooms are spotlessly clean with great bed linen. Ample parking and I felt very safe staying here.
