I highly recommend this cattery. Both my cats have stayed here over the last few years and the service I have received has been amazing. One of my cats has to have medication every time she goes in several times a day and even a bath twice a week to help her and Naomi has been amazing with all this and I don’t know any other cattery that would be willing to do all this and go the extra mile to care for her. She puts my mind at ease when I worry about her and sends me updates snd photos of how they are getting on. Keep up the fantastic work Naomi. Emma and Paul Xx

My gorgeous Cat, Hope, had a wonderful stay at Cat’s Cradle. It was the first time I’d left her at this Cattery and the first time I’d left her after having her leg amputation. I was nervous. I didn’t need to be as Naomi & her Colleagues cared for her so well. She came back so happy & has been purring non stop ever since. I felt very reassured leaving her at Cat’s Cradle & I will definitely be booking her in again when I next go away. I would thoroughly recommend this Cattery. Thank you Naomi & her Team for all the hard work, love & care you give to our fur babies. Hope is so happy it’s lovely to see See you again!

My two cats stayed with Naomi and the team at the Cats Cradle Boarding Cattery for several months while I was in rented property. I was very anxious about placing them in a cattery until I spoke to Naomi, she made me feel very comfortable and explained the great treatment the cats would get during their stay. My cats are settled into their new home now and it’s as if they have never been away. I couldn’t be happier with the support and treatment myself and my pets received. I would highly recommend the Cats Cradle Boarding Cattery.

We were nervous about leaving our Ragdoll cat for the first time since getting him back in Feb 2020. However, Naomi made us, and our boy, feel really at ease and we knew he would be well looked after which was a great piece of mind. I feel very grateful to have found a catery like cats cradle! Our little cat, Hecate, suffers from epilepsy and needs medication twice a day. Not only that: she's incredibly shy, too. Naomi - who's a qualified feline behaviourist - and the Cats Cradle team look after Hecate brilliantly, ensuring she gets her tablets on time, and keeping her calm and happy. The cattery itself is in a quiet, pretty countryside location, and Hecate's always so chilled when we collect her again - so much so that we now book holidays away only once we're absolutely sure Naomi has space for her it's not the biggest cattery, and in high season you need to book in advance!

Deserves the full 5 stars. Happy cats, very well looked after. Naomi, the owner quite obviously loves and cares about cats. 2 of ours have medical needs and we have no worries about their medication being given reliably. We have been using The Cats Cradle for many years and would not dream of going anywhere else. We have use Naomi in her Cat Behaviourist role also and we must give her the full 5 stars for her also. She helped us put right a very difficult situation integrating 2 new kittens with a resident adult cat which could have gone very badly but all harmony now so we are very happy. Highly recommend ! Beautiful location too.

Cats Cradle is set in a tranquil environment down a country lane. Our young cat has been twice, and the last time was the longest we had left him. He has returned looking clean and healthy, and we trust the team to do a great job. They are attentive to his food and what he enjoys. They have outdoor space and a lovely courtyard gardens to look out over for entertainment. I recommend fully.

Really unhappy with the customer service, deposit paid and not returned despite basic registration difficulties which are beyond our control. Found a lovely local cattery who accepted our cat on the same information cats cradle wouldn’t accept. Provided all the info we could. There’s kinder ways to treat people , really disliked having T+Cs thrown back at us when realistically - there’s nothing we can do to satisfy the booking requirements, in my opinion - I dont think it good business to not do the right thing - and to keep our deposit money in these circumstances, where no service has been provided. I wouldn’t recommend to friends and family.

So welcoming and friendly, loved the photos and seeing our little furry girl looking well looked after whilst we were away brilliant.
