The guys dont care if they have costumers waiting just take their own time to come out from their room that they sit in, ive had 3 bad experiences one which one of your employees was extremely rude wanted to get voilent with me i dont know if its because im a lady, and its getting worse this morning at about 5:40 went for petrol the guys are busy buying voetcook ignoring us had to leave without being attended to its disappointing being a resident at Caversham having to seek services at Pinetown petrol stations please attend to this as its very disturbing when we waiting there other ppl complain as well

Service 2 out of 10.attendance seem like they would rather be somewhere else. No urgency in what they are doing. Always have to waste time waiting for them to do their jobs.
Fast service. But staff inside are terribly rude. Quite sad. The petrol attendants are really friendly and fast. But the tellers inside ruin it. They make it seem like they're doing you a favour by serving you. And they have NO MANNERS!
Service is great, can be a bit busy sometimes but just be patient,whats the rush!
