Shockingly bad service to the extreme! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered online from a company using Fastway. My experience tracks with other customers. I waited all day at home, waiting for the phone call from the courier. Suddenly I get an email - 'you were not available'!?? My phone did not ring. NO voicemail. So I phoned the Centurion depot: A lady said that the courier spoke to me and I said I was unavailable. This did not happen. I worried it might be a scam - and when I stated this, the operator was a bit shocked and rude. I was put through to a regional manager, but the phone went dead after ringing for a few minutes. I tried calling back - to no avail. It rang and rang. The driver phones me 35 minutes later and says my phone went to voicemail. Which is it? Did the driver speak to me or not? I cannot make use of online sellers that use this company as a courier. I hope my package comes tomorrow - based on the reviews, I do not know if that will be the case : UPDATE: The package was delivered one day later by a friendly courier, I am happy to report. The drivers are communicative, at least. Thanks!
This is the worst courier service ever, no emails and calls answered. I drove to them and I'm currently waiting at the gate, they told the security not to allow us in wheres they don't answer. If they are failing to deliver, why can't they allow us to collect.
Worst courier company in South Africa! Parcel picked up on 29 Nov in Jhb. Arrived in Pta on 30 Nov. Still not delivered to me on 06 Dec. They can't tell me when I will get delivery. They don't pick up their phones and when they do they are rude and not willing to assist. Finally got hold of a manager after spending 40 minutes on the phone trying to reach them. The manager could only tell me that they are backlogged and he would get back to me. Update: The manager called me back and informed me that there is a delay with my delivery due to the driver being new. I mentioned to him that I'm seeing a lot of complaints online with 1-star reviews. He did not seem to care one bit!
Absolutely shocking service. My parcel was dispatched on the 10th of November 22, I have still not received it. Their excuse is they can’t get hold of me. No missed calls on Friday, Saturday or Monday and finally missed a call from them at 11:08 today whilst in a meeting. Call back at 11:23 to query the phonecall and get told that the driver can only wait 5 minutes and only phones once - if they can't get hold of the client telephonically it gets sent back and they'll only attempt the delivery again the next day! So apparently you must put your life, work and bodily functions on hold for this ridiculous company if you expect a delivery. To top it off, my address is correct - why not send it?! And here I thought the Post office was bad. If you are a business owner or just looking at sending something somewhere - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!
I don't know how you guys operate but I would like to know. My order from Buffalo logistics is with you Fast way couriers, I called to check and you promised me delivery today 06/01/2023 and I'm still awaiting that delivery. Called your land-line with no pick up, I don't know if it's bad luck or bad service. I have been waiting for that parcel for 33 days now and counting mxm
The most horrible service ever ! No driver has called to say they can’t locate my house ! I even doubt they came here ! The parcel is my sons stationary , which is needed asap! They keep saying “ we didn’t find u” yet not even the guards recall seeing a fast way van coming to the estate ! I’m so mad
absolutely shocking service. they don’t even atempt to contact you telephonically, and say “they couldn’t find you”. had no missed calls. and have been by my front door for 2 hours. the courier even entered my estate, but still my package wasn’t delivered.
Most pathetic service and its a company run by clowns. Its most difficult to get hold of them. I bought various items from one deal a day, its was two parcels. I paid for both delivery costs. I received my most recent order, my old order has jit come by. When i called in and someone eventually answered i was told both parcels on its way. I got one. I called them and then emailed Coz no one answers, i am told they couriers for a big orser from Shein, they cant keep track. Them all of a sudden some guy wonder sends an email his on leave till 9th. Please dont support people like this and its sad i will not support online store one deal a day coz they use this courier.
Atrocious service from Fastway. They have no regard for their customers. I had to repeatedly call to find out where my parcel is and each time I was told delivery would take place on said day. It would never arrive. If you’re a business looking to get these guys on board, look elsewhere. They’ll cost you your customers and money. The manager has still not called me as requested.
Absolutely useless company. Every time this company has to deliver to me they have a 1000 excuses and when you start phoning .... the driver had a breakdown. As of today, I refuse to do business with any e-commerce business that uses Fastway Couriers as a delivery service.
