Dawn Wing Couriers

Delivery was out on Wednesday but driver decided not to pitch. I called the next day they apologized and promised driver would deliver same dayThursday again he just doesnt show up with no msg or phone call. I call again today Friday they lay an official complaint and promised it will be today......i seriously have my doubts. This is unacceptable from such a reputable company, i am shocked. Prefer using some of the other courier companys for future.

After having waited for 20 minutes, I was caller 77, and having reached caller 1, I was promptly put back to caller 66. What on earth? Not at all professional. Also, please do not tell customers that the parcel will be delivered by a certain day, it's in the tracking record, yet it's the next day and it's once again 'in transit' to another depot. I don't not live on the moon. In fact, I'm right next to the closest depot. It's time you guys re-evaluate your courier service, or lack thereof, because this just isn't it. I receive an order from overseas in a week, yet within adjacent suburbs, it's simply not possible. What a disappointment. The lack of response to any of the reviews here says it all. You just do not care. Companies, please use other couriers. This one let's you down, time and again.

DPD laser and Dawn wing courier, I'm lost for words. Super terrible service. Their delivery dates keep backtracking. As someone who's about to leave the country, I called 2 days before their due date. Asked to pick up my parcel as I would have left by the time it arrived. I was kept on hold on multiple times when I tried to call. Was given a run around. At this point I've given up. I will probably leave without my parcel. What a pathetic service.

Have had this issue numerous times with dpd laser. No calls, no emails, nothing from the delivery driver and then I just get an email that they tried to deliver but no one was available.. I work from home. I am here the entire day. They do not try to deliver at all. They just don’t do the delivery. Also annoyed with the fact that you can’t contact the driver at all. There is no way to follow up or help them get to your house. Nothing. Ridiculous service.

Definitely in the top 5 worst couriers in the country. They get my deliveries wrong every time. And when they don't my delivery is skipped. We receive multiple deliveries daily and continually watch our CCTV cameras. We have received all our deliveries yesterday and were at home all day. Yet, somehow Dawn Wing's drives could not deliver. I can handle a lot but I cannot handle an incompetent courier.

Worst company I have ever dealt with for delivery! Been "out on delivery" for three days! On 19/09/2022 out on delivery, delivery failed - after trying to deliver to a company address after 6:30. Tried calling on 20/09/2022 couldn't get through, emailed, received an email from an employee "M" , apologising and advising that delivery will be done before 4PM. After 5:20 again failed delivery as the company closes at 5pm! Whole day today been emailing, then was told they will ensure delivery by 3PM, didn't happen, was then told the Zone controller advised the driver will be there by 4PM. Its now again after 5pm, no delivery, and waiting for the failed delivery email! Pathetic service delivery, will not recommend them to anyone for couriering of packages!

Shocking. Any retailer who sells online should avoid using this pathetic courier, wouldn't even use them in a personal capacity. It does make me wonder why the experiences are so incredibly similar and how on earth this company is still in business. Anyone smell a rat? Perhaps it's just me just saying.

Dawn Wing used to offer excellent service up until there was DPD Laser in the picture, their service is extremely bad guys. Please do not rely on them especially on same day collections. They do things their way not as per client's request. I have made several requests for same day collection; however, they collected the next day. Their customer care consultants will normally advise you that the cut off time for same day collections is 14:00pm but even if you send your request 8:00am they will respond late in the day by saying, we can only collect tomorrow as it has already passed the cut off time for same day collections. You call the branch, you will stay on the line without being answered, you send an email, you will receive and open ticket that will not be attended to, you will do follow up, they take forever to respond. It is just difficult to do business with this organization.

DPD has the worst service in the world & I would never recommend them to anyone!! They keep promising to deliver to my client & each time my client makes arrangements to deliver the parcel but they never end up delivering & always have excuses. We sent an email complaining about the service hoping to receive the parcel & its days later with no hope. They should really just close their door & stop doing business. Their system doesn’t work at all. This is not the first time. I’ve had enough.

i saw so many bad reviews about the company and wondered if i would ever get my parcel? Well, i was pleasantly surprised! Tracked my parcel on the link they provided and it was delivered as indicated and very friendly service as well. Thank you!
