I went to CCMA in November 2019 with a case of money owed by my previous employer with the hopes that they can help me. When I got there I was surprised by the lack of interest of them and dedication to make sure everyone is treated fairly and correctly according to the law. I even had to go to the police station on my own cost to get their forms stamped and signed. Now it is already March 2020, my case has been ongoing for 6 months and every time I call for an update no one is available or I must phone back in two weeks time. They sent my forms to the Sheriffs office in Empangeni, they can not even tell me who is being sent out to make sure I get my money, talk about helping me, right? I had to go through so much stress and all they give me is empty promises and ignore my case as if it is not important at all. Never in my life I had to beg people to do their job to ensure that I get treated fairly, that is what they are there for after all.

Place is clean Good reception from the celebrity downstairs Good comisioner Only issue I had was an attitude of the guard at the ccma...he's verry important..I asked him wat time do they close he could talk but just point his fingers to the bottom of the door and there was fading working hours.. I find that rude ..I was there 24 and 25 Staff is friendly but guards are the face of the bussines so attitude is important
