I made an appointment for 10:45. Was there 10:30. Was only helped at 11:30. Seems like only one service window was open and some people instead of having one appointment per one person actually decided to think it's a good idea to have the whole family and uncle there for their appointment!?? Yes someone was there with his brother and 4 kids!??? At least we could sit and wait but doesn't help much if you take all the required steps and complete the documents and forms only to wait 45 min in the end

What a pleasant experience. We were 3 people that went and when we got there it was very empty due to covid regulations because the appointment are getting spaced a lot in between. We were helped immediately and all 3 of us left in 5min. Very fast and very clean! Excellent service.

Very good experience. From the security at the gate, straight through. I was panicky about our timing being a tad late due to N12 traffic but everyone immediately made me feel calm and helped me relax. Got there early to book and was attended to on arrival. Besides being worried about my finger prints not picking up after several attempts, the trick was to press in my finger tips. Collection was a 2 minute visit. Seamless experience all round
