They don't reply the emails and their calls. I wonder if it's because if the country I'm from. Your services are not pleasing at all, at least help us because we've paid to get visas. They even master the delay tactics

For the money and time invested in the visa application process, applicants should be given the opportunity to provide additional information. Simply declining the visa application is quite harsh and expensive.

What was supposed to be a call for some advice and guidance has left such a sour taste in mouth. The lady I spoke to was incredibly rude and to say unfriendly is putting it mildly. Definitely not a good representation of the Swiss. As someone who works with people daily to be spoken to in such a condescending and arrogant manner was completely shocking. If you are in need of information I would not recommend calling maybe they are kinder and more helpful in their emails.

I had almost always had good experiences with the embassy as almost all the workers there are very polite and efficient, but unfortunately there was one man who ruined all my previous experiences. He's an older man with white hair, he was extremely rude, impatient and arrogant with me. I was just trying to understand what the next steps were after receiving my visa, i was very anxious and nervous about moving to my family in Switzerland, which he pointed out in a very mocking way and in the end he still didn't explain much. It's really unfortunate how it's usually one person who ruins it for everyone and I hope no one else has to deal with him, rather all the other very pleasant people there.

i recently obtained a visa that i was not able to use due to the new omnicron virus so all flights etc were cancelled, and now my visa is expired that i was not able to use, they are not doing refunds and they are not even changing the dates, we have to pay again although we never got to use the visa in the first place. what a load of dissapointment

I had a problem with an agent not being pro-active with my visa application and had to call them direct. They told me what exactly needed and in no time my matter was resolved.

Best embassy I have been too. Clean and professional.

I had to make an appointment an when you arrive, not even 5 minutes later my request was promptly answered with the exact information. And you know immediately what to do.
